In-Person Therapy in North Phoenix

This is home base. Our North Phoenix office sits right off SR-51 and Bell Road, inside Phoenix Therapists’ Hub, and it’s where the full range of what we do happens in person: individual therapy, couples work, family sessions, teen and child therapy, and medication management, all under one roof.

If you’re in North Phoenix, you’re not choosing between “close” and “the right fit.” You get both. Our team includes therapists across specialties and approaches, so whether you’re looking for someone who works well with kids, a couples therapist, or support for your own anxiety or life transitions, there’s a good chance the right person for you is a short drive away.

Who We See in North Phoenix

Individuals — navigating stress, anxiety, grief, life transitions, or just needing a space to think out loud.

Couples — working through communication, trust, or the everyday friction that builds up over time.

Families — when one person’s struggle ripples out to everyone else in the house.

Teens and kids — big feelings, school stress, friendships, identity, and everything that comes with growing up.

Kids & Adults exploring medication management — alongside therapy or on its own. (Note: We do not provide medication management ourselves, but we have strong referrals partnerships with psychiatric providers)

Finding Us

Our office is at 16601 N. 40th Street, Suite 216, inside Phoenix Therapists’ Hub, right off SR-51 and E. Bell Road. We are across the street from, and slightly south of, the Scottsdale Abrazo hospital on 40th Street. Our building has a large white sign that reads “40th Street Medical Plaza” and is visible from the street.

Virtual Sessions for North Phoenix Clients

Since this is our office, most North Phoenix clients don’t need virtual sessions to close a distance gap, you’re probably already close. But plenty choose it anyway: a week where the schedule’s tighter than usual, a sick day that doesn’t need to be a missed session, or just a preference for meeting from home some weeks and in person others. Every therapist on our team offers both, and you can move between them as your week requires. Learn more about virtual therapy across Arizona.

Insurance

Most of our clients use insurance to cover their sessions, and we’re in-network with United Healthcare, Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, Humana, and Medicare. If you don’t see your plan listed, reach out and we’ll help you figure out your options.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does therapy cost? Our private-pay rate ranges between $75–$150 per session.
