Therapy Covered By Insurance in Phoenix – Insurance We Accept

Therapy Covered by Insurance in Phoenix, North Scottsdale, and Cave Creek

Therapy is a lot easier to say yes to when it’s covered. We’re proudly in-network with major commercial and government plans, which means your care is billed at your plan’s negotiated in-network rate and often more affordable than paying out of pocket. Cost is the most common reason people put off getting help, and being in-network helps take that reason off the table.

Plans We’re In Network With

Choose your plan to see how coverage works, how to check your benefits, and how to get started:

Don’t See Your Plan?

Reach out anyway. If your plan isn’t on the list, we’ll do some digging and help you find support. Nobody gets turned away for not knowing where to start.

Using an Employee Assistance Program (EAP)?

Lots of our clients begin with an EAP — an employer benefit that usually covers a set number of counseling sessions at no cost to you. Depending on your plan it might be called Cigna EAP, Aetna’s Resources For Living, or Optum’s Live and Work Well, among others. Some require an authorization code before your first session. Just mention your EAP when you reach out and we’ll walk you through it — and when those sessions run out, you can usually continue with the same therapist on your regular in-network benefit.

How Your Costs Work

Insurance is confusing by design. What you pay depends on your specific plan: some have a set copay per session, while others apply a deductible first — meaning you may pay the negotiated in-network rate until you meet it, then a copay or coinsurance after. When you reach out, we’re glad to check coverage as a courtesy and help you get started. That said, confirming your eligibility, benefits, and whether a provider is in-network with your plan is ultimately the member’s responsibility, so we always recommend verifying directly with your insurer (the number’s on your card).

No Insurance? That’s OK Too.

If you’re paying out of pocket, we offer affordable private-pay rates so cost stays manageable. We have a limited number of sliding scale options available for clients. Ask us and we’ll walk you through the options.

Coverage, benefits, and in-network status vary by plan and can change. Confirming your own eligibility and benefits is ultimately the member’s responsibility; we recommend verifying directly with your insurer before your first session.
